Garvey's Farmhouse is an ideal location for walking, Dingle Way Walk, hill climbing, cycling, visiting the many archaeological sites and the locations of famous movies such as "Far and Away" and "Ryan's Daughter". Visiting Fungi, the famous dolphin, that has made Dingle harbour it's home since 1983.

Many other activities are available in the area for example spending a day exploring on the Great Blasket Island. For the rainy day a visit to the many cultural and Celtic museums and Ocean World will easily pass the day. Garvey's Farmhouse is recommended by Le Guide du Routard.
